FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How long do the tours run?
A: Our tours can run anywhere from 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours.

Q: What happens if it is raining/snowing the day of the tour?

A: Typically we run our tours rain, snow or shine. However, under very extreme conditions (ex:blizzards, severe weather etc) we will reschedule for the following weather cooperative day.

Q: What should I bring with me on the tour?
A: Wear comfortable walking shoes, bottle of water and a camera for those unforgettable moments!!!!

Q: How do I know where to meet my guide?
A: With each tour booked you will receive specific instructions via email that will detail your guides name, address location with detailed directions and our guides direct phone number.

Q: What if I have food allergies?
A: When booking our tours there is a space that will allow you to fill in any special requests/dietary restrictions.

Q: Is gratuity included?
A: Typically it is not included in the price of the tours, but if you had a blast on our tour…our recommendation is usually 10% of the total booking. However, it is completely up to you. 🙂

Q: What if I have to cancel last minute?
A: If you have prepaid for a tour, we require 48 hours notice for a refund or to reschedule. Any other cancellations that doesn’t fit that criteria is not eligible for a refund.

Q: Are these tours kids friendly?
A: Of course they are! Just keep in mind there is a lot of walking done outdoors. If your cool with it, we are cool with it.
